Mundomanz.com is a personal site created and maintained by fans of meteorology, photography, travel and many other things.

In principle, the idea was to offer on-line data collected by our meteorological station. Then we began to provide weather data from other locations using the synop reports which are published on the Internet, becoming the section of weather data.

'Places' and 'articles' sections were added later.

Data from our station is available in three ways:

    -In text format: all the variables are shown in an 5 minutes interval for the period and date chosen.
    -In graphic format: graphics of all variables are shown for the period and date chosen.
    -Extreme Data: Extreme values of all variables are shown by days for the period and date chosen.

To get synop reports data following possibilities are offered:

    -By countries: summarized data from all stations in the selected country for the date(s) and time(s) chosen is shown.
    -By stations: detailed or partial translations of synops the station selected for the date(s) and time(s) chosen are shown. Also untranslated synops are available.
    -Extreme temperatures: This shows the extreme temperatures of all stations of the selected country for 6 days before the chosen date.
    -Precipitations: This shows the amount of precipitation of all stations of the selected country for 6 days before the chosen date.
    -Monthly reports: This shows, in graphic and/or tabulated format, the main data of the selected station for the chosen month.
    -Data and conditions search: This allows to locate a data or meteorological phenomenon occurred in a selected country or station, in the date and time chosen.
    -Places and stations search: This allows to locate weather stations on the basis of a word or index number.
